Following the election of the new Board at the General Assembly on 30 October 2025, the CCAG Board of Directors has re-allocated the responsibilities of the individual Board members as follows:
- UniCredit / Matteo Gritti will remain Chairman of the Board and manage the PMO.
- Commerzbank / Imre Bakó will remain Deputy Chairman and take over the responsibility for Finance.
- Deutsche Börse / Dietmar Hinkel will keep his responsibility for Technology and Data Protection.
- Nordea / Remigiusz Bruski will take care of Audits Governance and Methodology.
- Rabobank / Cédric d’Albis will be responsible for Membership and Communication.
The handover for each area is running smoothly. Existing contact emails for each area remain unchanged. Please continue to use them and all requests will be processed as normal.
